Easy Hands is an established provider of hospitality staff to some of the most prestigious hotels in central London. With our commitment to excellence, we seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant, you will be pivotal in recruiting and onboarding talent for our housekeeping teams. Your primary responsibilities will include training new room attendants and floor supervisors, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures, and maintaining a high quality in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting comprehensive induction and Health and Safety training for new recruits.
• Provide ongoing refresher training and monitor trainee aptitude to uphold service standards.
• Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures, such as handling lost property.
• Facilitating the provision of necessary equipment for staff to execute their duties efficiently.
• Conducting regular audits and quality spot checks to maintain service excellence.
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory or training experience in a busy hotel housekeeping department.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
(fluency in Russian is advantageous).
• Proficient in computer and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Confident, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on development
