We are currently looking for SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to work evening shifts at various venues (clubs, pubs, events, etc.), including some of London’s most well-known establishments.
Applicants must be able to work on Friday and Saturday evenings/nights.
All security professionals who join our team must be smartly presented and physically fit.

Licence/Certification/other requirements:
Hold a valid SIA Licence for Door Supervision or equivalent – required
Willing to be screened and vetted to BS7858 standards
1 year’s experience in a security role preferred
Ability to work well individually and within a team environment
Ability to manage crowds and queues
Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and to follow established protocols
Ability to write accurate incident reports clearly, so that they can be used by police and other members of law enforcement
Duties:
Delivering outstanding customer service to clientele, including greeting in a friendly and calm manner
Identification and security checks as/when required
To perform all security roles and duties professionally and efficiently
In accordance with SIA and licensing standards, to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers under your duty of care
To handle, both appropriately and safely, any persons causing offence and potential danger or risk to themselves or others, including disturbances and conflicts
Reporting and recording observations, including suspicious behaviour and activities such as surveillance
