Client Server

Client Server We find exceptional tech candidates for exceptional organisations.

Client Server was founded in 1999 and while our team has grown, our mission remains the same; to provide the most effective technology recruitment solution in the industry. Client Server Timeline

1999 – Client Server co-founded by the two Davids in David Kerr’s living-room! Focused on C++ development.

2001 – Established office in Surbiton and increased scope to recruit for a wider range of techn

ologies due to customer demand.

2002 - Awarded No.1 recruitment partner status for a world leading technology start-up, helping them to achieve both their flotation and subsequent sale.

2007 – Due to success and expansion moved to larger offices in Esher, with a wonderful view of Sandown racecourse (no longer any need to have meetings in the kitchen!)

2009 – Became the No. 1 recruitment partner for the world’s leading peer-to-peer betting exchange as well as numerous other technology focused companies.

2010 – Became the No. 1 recruiter for a number of top tier Investment Banks and a global leading financial data provider. In response to continued pressure from our client base, Client Server’s contract division was officially launched, headed up by Adrian Davies. We also introduced our Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant Training Scheme.

2011 – Continued growth with a second office based at Bank, in the City of London, allowing us to be closer to both our clients and have better access to our candidates; it has also led to three official graduate intakes per year and a great deal of healthy competition between offices!

2014 – Moved into a new and larger London office

2015 - We’re continuing our expansion in both current locations, so if you’d like to join the team of the best consultants in technology recruitment and be part of our ongoing success story, contact us now!

Senior Tech Lead Arek Adeoye shares his story of growing up working for his engineer father in Nigeria, to learning how to use computers in Poland, to making waves in the UK tech scene.

Arek Adeoye is a senior tech lead at RPC, but he’s had a major hand in creating some of the most interesting and innovative tech projects. He shares his story with Client Server’s Michael Oliver. My name is Arek Adeoye. Most people can’t pronounce the surname correctly as it’s of Nigerian or...
