So we founded an exclusive site, where hand picked employers advertise their best jobs to our community of consultants, accountants and freelancers. We hated that recruitment agents weren’t open about the company t

hey were working for, never mind what the exact job and salary were. So above all, Movemeon is transparent. All of our jobs can be viewed and applied for online. As far as possible, job posts include a company name & logo, detailed job description, salary and ‘must have’ skills/experience. We also hated agencies trying to sell us jobs that they knew we wouldn’t be interested in. So we keep our distance. We are not an agency so don’t cold call. Movemeon emails one weekly newsletter with opportunities for you to browse in your own time in. You can also set up job alerts for specific industries, functions and locations that interest you.

In 2020 corporates, consultancies and startups gave pay rises to about half of their employees (down from ~2/3 of their employees in 2019).
Meanwhile, 3/4 of the employees working in PE/VC received a pay rise.
