Septembre !!! On rouvre les recherches!!!
Ce trimestre, je travaille sur des postes en direction financiĂšre, actuariat, risk management, underwriting, fintech et data. Du Senior Manager au C-level, entre la Suisse, la France et le Royaume-Uni.

Mon mĂ©tier c’est d’aller chercher les personnes qui ne postulent pas.
Celles qui sont trĂšs bien lĂ  oĂč elles sont et qui ne bougent que pour la bonne opportunitĂ©.

Mon client, un groupe de protection sociale en IDF a un beau poste à pourvoir. Et pas n’importe lequel.
Responsable Gouvernance de la Data.
Un rÎle qui a du sens, de la visibilité, et un vrai périmÚtre.
Pas un poste de data analyst, mais un rĂŽle transverse, avec une vraie capacitĂ© d’action sur la donnĂ©e Ă  l’échelle du groupe.
Ce qu’on cherche :
Quelqu’un qui a structurĂ© une vraie dĂ©marche de gouvernance. Qui connait le secteur assurance ou prĂ©voyance de l’intĂ©rieur. Les deux vont de pair sur ce poste, et c’est exactement ce qui rend ce profil rare et prĂ©cieux.
