Although this definition by Urban Dictionary might be a tad dramatic (maybe Chad just doesn't want to hang out with you today?!), Sunday Scaries or Sunday Blues is a real thing.

Mondays are a fresh start, a new leaf, and a chance to start over. The right attitude, mindset and a cup of coffee can do a lot on a Monday morning, but if you're stuck in a job that's draining you at the end of week, maybe it's time to at least see what else is out there?

The good news is that we've seen a huge uplift in hiring among our clients this last month, and many of the candidates we're representing have had multiple offers on the table.
