Education over the last 12 months especially has been in an incredibly privileged and powerful position. Here in the UK, education has been one of the industry's that has continued throughout this pandemic. The power of learning and learning from situations and experience has shown us other ways to think about education.

Here's just a few thoughts on education:
1. We all have a choice to choose what we are able to do. Yes there are genuine people with obstacles and it's people in positions of privilege and power who have opportunity and responsibility to empower and equip others.
2. We have an ability to learn within any situation. When we look back, most of us will look upon the last year with a sense of "wow, we survived and potentially thrived".
3. Education is not just about what traditionally have learnt in a classroom. Education is the responsibility of all of us as a community. To empower, equip and enable leaders with a better future than we have currently.
