3 month temp booking for an Indesign whiz to work for a major charity based in Stratford and to start asap. You must have strong Indesign experience and be used to designing materials within brand guidelines. You will be speaking with Stakeholders, volunteers creating bespoke and templated posters, tickets and flyers. My client, a major charity is looking for for someone to help them to sort donations, move bags, get them dispatched to charity shops. Working in a dispatch department so used to picking and packing, working quickly and accurately - great team based in Harold Wood. The rate is £10.08 including holiday pay. Starting Monday 11 November for 2 weeks hours 8.30 am - 4.00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

This role is a permanent opportunity to join a major organisation in their Procure to Pay team. You will be processing a high volume of purchase order invoice transactions. Dealing with staff expenses, overseeing the invoice matching process and managing any discrepancies. You should be confident on the phone with a good customer service skills and a good knowledge of finance business systems including Excel, database and an accounts package. You should have accurate data entry skills and be keen to join a friendly team. If you were studying AAT that would be ideal! You must have experience within an accounts team. Salary £20,000 - £24,500.

You will be meeting with Directors who will have gone through their contact list to come up with suitable people to help drive the charity forward across the world, but mainly sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, China. You will then do the research, create a short list and then make contact with those best suited to help make this strategy a reality.
