We are working with a warm and welcoming family in North London to help them hire a full-time, live-out Nanny / Family Assistant. After four wonderful years, the family’s current nanny is moving on, and as the children have grown, the family’s needs have naturally evolved. They are now seeking an experienced nanny who will provide excellent childcare alongside family administration and household support.
The family genuinely value their staff and love spending time with their two children, aged 7 and 4, who both attend school full-time.

This makes it an ideal position for an experienced nanny who particularly enjoys working with school-aged children and would like to develop into a Nanny / Family Assistant role. The family already employ a long-standing housekeeper of six years, so this is not a housekeeping position; the focus will be on the children, family organization and helping the household run smoothly.

⭐️ The ideal start date is January 2027, although an earlier start would be considered for the right candidate. There are no pets in the home.
⭐️You MUST have the right to live and work in the UK.

We are working exclusively with a warm and grounded UHNW couple to hire a head housekeeper/property manager who would relish the opportunity to live on an exceptional estate on the beautiful island of Jersey. The well-known property comprises a main house, several estate cottages and extensive gardens.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a high-calibre all-rounder who is as comfortable overseeing the estate as they are getting stuck in with the laundry.

The family are in residence for around six months of the year, often just the couple and their dog, with the household scaling up for guest stays of up to 12. The successful candidate will work alongside a live-in head gardener, a gardening team and live out cleaning team of 2 with the support of a remote estate manager, within a warm and supportive working environment.

A long-standing client of Silver Swan Recruitment has returned to hire a house assistant to join their team in Knightsbridge. This is a busy but informal household with 3 children. You will be part of a service team of 4, working closely with the chef and housekeepers in keeping the house clean, organised and working efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone with yachting or chalet experience looking to transition to a land-based role. High levels of attention to detail are essential and working well as a team is also very important. You must be a confident with dogs as the family have 3 large labradors who you’ll help with feeding etc when required.

This is lovely family where staff seem to stay. We have previously placed a number of members of staff in this team all of whom really enjoyed the role and recommends the family to others.

This role may include occasional overseas travel (optional). You may also be required to assist at their 2nd property in Surrey from time to time, travel expenses will be covered.
