We are working with a returning UHNW family to help them hire a Chef & Host couple for their private, family-owned chalet in Klosters, Switzerland, for the upcoming winter season. The chalet welcomes up to ten guests, and the right couple will take full responsibility for its day-to-day running – blending high-level hosting, housekeeping, and catering within a warm and personal atmosphere.

The season includes several occupied periods, including half-term and the World Economic Forum week, with the family in residence over Christmas and New Year. For part of the season, the couple will also support a neighbouring chalet within the same family circle – working approx. 3 weeks in each chalet over the course of the season.

Accommodation is provided on-site in the form of a private bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

⭐️ Candidates must hold an EU passport or right to work in Switzerland, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Private Chef - London & St Tropez
£110,000 – £140,000 per year (DOE)

We are working with a UHNW Italian family based in central London to help them find an experienced Private Chef. The family, who have young children, divide their time between London for the majority of the year and St Tropez over the summer months, and are looking for a talented chef who can genuinely bring a passion for sourcing exceptional, fresh produce to the role.

This is a varied and flexible position, with working patterns that shift with the seasons. For approximately nine to ten months of the year, the role is four days a week (with occasional weekend work as required), based in London and living out. During the family's two to three months in St Tropez each summer, the chef will live in with the family and travel with them, with working days increasing to six or seven per week to accommodate additional entertaining.

⭐️ Previous minimum 5 years Private Chef & Michelin experience is essential

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, highly professional individual to lead the housekeeping function within a large private household, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and order are maintained at all times. The role calls for a candidate of the highest calibre: authoritative, meticulous, and entirely committed to delivering a flawless standard of service.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring every area of the property is maintained to an immaculate standard. Working closely alongside nannies, drivers, butlers, a private chef, and the family’s PA, the Head Housekeeper will play a central role in the smooth daily running of a well-established household, reporting directly to the Principal or House Manager.

⭐️This is a live-out position based in Dubai.
