A leading Chicago-based proprietary trading firm is looking for a Quantitative Research Software Engineer to help build and scale its high-performance research ecosystem.

Working across high and medium-frequency trading, you’ll optimise large-scale data pipelines and computational models, pushing parallel compute capabilities to the limits of modern hardware.

You’ll work with technologies including Python, modern C++, Rust, Cython, and Polars, focusing on native concurrency, deterministic memory management, low-level optimisation, and CPython internals. Partnering directly with quantitative researchers, you’ll play a key role in accelerating strategy development by building faster, smarter, and more efficient research infrastructure.

You may have spotted this beautiful Porsche driving around London and beyond. It’s a little bit special, complete with a number plate that turns heads wherever it goes.

5 of our amazing team players took on the challenging 12K Nuclear Race last weekend, all in the spirit of fun, teamwork, and pushing limits!

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part! Despite one lost trainer at the very first hurdle 😅, one determined team member powered through and completed the entire 12K course! Absolute commitment 👏🔥
