The Harrow Association is the focus and means by which all Harrovians can maintain their link with the School and with each other.

Today the Association organises House dinners, Songs twice a year, receptions for parents, regional and overseas dinners, parties for special interest groups, events on Speech Day, at Lord's, on Founder's Day and Association Day in September. It acts as a focal point for the various Old Harrovian clubs and societies such as the OH Association Football Club and the OH Players, and helps these organ

isations to organise events, recruit members and promotes their activities to Association members. The HA provides members with information on addresses of members, and its system of House and Overseas Representatives aims to provide OHs all over the world with as many opportunities to get together as possible. It also provides members with an annual report on Old Harrovian and School activities as well as sending out the Harrow Record magazine twice a year. An email newsletter is sent out to OHs for whom we have an email address twice a year (summer and winter) and The Harrovian Online is available to OHs on the website. For current pupils and young members, the Association liaises with working OHs to find work experience opportunities and makes financial awards to young members who need help with funding for enterprising ventures.

A final reminder that all rugby-minded OHs are invited back to the Hill on Saturday 26 September for lunch, and to support the XV as they take on Berkhamsted in the first home fixture of the season.

Former rugby coaches Roger Uttley (1982-2008), Jesse Coulson (2008-2017), and James Melville are going to make every effort to come and would be thrilled to see as many OHs there as possible in support of the boys.

All Old Drurians are reminded to book their place for the Druries House Dinner before Thursday 17 September.

Join former House Masters David Elleray (1977–2009) and Mark Ridgway (1997–2024), current House Master Brendan McKerchar and the Head of House, alongside your fellow Old Drurians at the Cavalry and Guards Club on Thursday 1 October for drinks, dinner and Harrow Songs.

We are delighted to invite all Old Newlanders to save the date for their upcoming House Dinner, taking place on Thursday 25 February 2027 at the Cavalry and Guards Club.

Rehearsals are well underway for the upcoming OH Players production of Twelfth Night.

These gala performances in aid of the Jeremy Lemmon Project will kick off with two performances in the candle-lit Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, before returning for two more performances in the traditional surroundings of Speech Room.

Twin siblings, Viola and Sebastian, are shipwrecked and separated on the coast of Illyria. Viola, hoping her brother lives but fearing the worst, disguises herself as a boy, and enters the service of Duke Orsino (and inconveniently falls in love with him). Sent on a wooing mission for and by Orsino, Cesario (Viola’s male persona) encounters the lady Olivia, who promptly falls in love with him (her). Meanwhile, Sir Toby, Sir Andrew and Maria are exacting revenge on Olivia’s steward – the puritanical Malvolio – by tricking him into believing Olivia loves him (especially when dressed in yellow). When Sebastian finds his way to Olivia’s house and is mistaken for Cesario (Viola) chaos reigns!

Old Harrovians in Hong Kong and across the region are invited to this year’s OH Hong Kong Dinner, this year taking place in Macau on Friday 18 September.

Alongside the dinner on Friday evening, an action-packed, family-friendly weekend in Macau has been planned. OHs are welcome to attend the Friday dinner only or stay for the full weekend at the Crowne Plaza Macau, costs for which have been heavily subsidised by a generous OH.

The Harrow School Development team and the American Friends of Harrow School are delighted to invite all members of the Harrow School Community in the US to take part in the sealed-bid process for an exclusive, private visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Wednesday 7 October 2026, from 5–6pm.

The evening will offer members of the Harrow community and their guests the unique opportunity to explore the Museum outside normal opening hours, allowing time to enjoy its collections in a quieter setting. The visit will be followed by a drinks reception at a nearby private residence.

All funds raised will support Harrow School through the American Friends of Harrow School.
