M2M was born from a simple idea and a strong sense of purpose. Back in 2003 we saw the opportunity to provide clients with an alternative to what existed in the marketplace at the time. The culture of service and entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller independent twinned with the resource, scale and tools of one of the largest agency networks, Omnicom Media Group. Our aim was to deliver motivat
ing and rewarding careers to our people, and long term relationships built on trust and shared success with clients. A destination agency for staff and clients alike. From the start we disrupted the marketplace with a fresh view of agency culture and positioning. For 11 years M2M has placed people, relationships and customer delight at its core. Themes that have become increasingly hard coded into the way that agencies talk about themselves. We are one of the fastest growing media agencies of the past 11 years and there are now 100 of us at M2M. We have never aspired to be the biggest, simply to be the best we can be. Our ambition is simple, to be recognised as at the very top of our game, by our customers; our people; our agency partners, and our network. APPROACH
We believe it is our job to make it as simple as possible for customers to buy products or use services and our partners to optimise communications – to humanise the influence of brands. We believe that it is about the most inspiring combination of WHAT you say (content choice), WHO you say it to (your target customer), WHEN & WHERE (the context), HOW you say it (behaviour), WHY (your purpose) and WHICH way you say it (innovation) that delivers results. In everything we do we start by putting ourselves in the customers shoes. It’s about going back to basics and asking what influences people to act as they do. We use a collaborative process to get to the most creative, inspiring and effective solutions, in which the start point is simply to ‘Think Human’.
