At just 21 (and in his second year of university at Warwick), Tim Armoo founded Fanbytes (now Fanbytes by Brainlabs), a company that helped big brands like Nike, Samsung, and the UK Government win over Gen Z audiences through influencer marketing.
In just 5 years, he took the company from 0 to 75 employees (with a teeny little bit of help from the team at BrighterBox) and led it to an impressive 8-figure acquisition.
We caught up with Tim as part of our interview series to learn more about his journey, what he learned along the way as a Gen Z leader and his top tips for early career development.
