🎪 WE’RE LOOKING FOR A STAGE MANAGER 🎪

Join the team for the first-ever R&D of Circus Parade, a brand-new musical blending theatre, circus and live music.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Stage Manager—circus experience is a real advantage—to support a small company throughout the development process.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the rehearsal room and daily calls
• Venue liaison and technical coordination
• Scheduling and artist sign-in
• Props and rehearsal resources
• Delivery logistics
• Practical room management and rehearsal notes
• Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of the R&D
• Organising equipment hires and pre-production logistics in the lead-up to rehearsals

Dates: 17–28 August 2026, with a small amount of pre-production time beforehand.

Jack Horner & Company is seeking 4 exceptional ensemble circus artists for the development of Circus Parade, a brand-new musical inspired by Jim Tully’s 1927 novel.

We’re looking for versatile performers to join us for a week long R&D Jacksons Lane who having amazing musicality and are comfortable singing, dancing, and creating original work, with skills in:

✨ Hair Hanging (Gender: Female, Transgender - Female, Non-Binary)
✨ Hand-to-Hand Duo (Gender: Male & Female. Transgender, Non-Binary)
✨ Multi-Disciplinary (Gender: Male, Transgender - male, Non-Binary)

📕If you’re passionate about storytelling and want to help create a bold new circus musical, we’d love to hear from you.
