This time next week I will be packing my bag and doing last minute prep before heading to St Mawes to begin the Team Pat cycle challenge to France. I feel so unprepared this time around as I haven’t been able to fit in as much training as I would have liked (and I am feeling all of my 4 years older!!). It will be tough, but I will keep reminding myself that it’s supposed to be tough, how lucky I am to have a choice, and how important it is to raise money and awareness to enable our wonderful hospices to keep running.

We are currently recruiting a Retail Store Administrator to work for an iconic British beverage brand. The roles main function is to provide back office support support to the store. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the inventory, product forecasting, Health and Safety and sales reporting.

As a Retail Store Administrator you will be responsible for:

Plan yearly products forecast
Place weekly orders and manage product allocation
Monitor and control stock
Sales reporting (monthly, seasonal and annual)
Liaise with procurement, marketing and third party suppliers
Propose new product lines
Health and Safety of the store and it's employees
Plan H&S training
H&S record keeping
Plan maintenance and review equipment regularly
Manage service provider relationships

We are currently recruiting a Retail Specialist to work for an iconic British beverage brand. This is no ordinary retail role, as the successful applicant will be an ambassador for the brand which will involve running customer experiences and workshops as well as working on the shop floor.

As a Retail Specialist/Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for:

Greeting customers and guiding them through the store
Providing customers with detailed product knowledge
Manning the tasting bar
Running workshops and customer masterclass experiences
Taking payments
Providing excellent customer service to all visitors
Stock management
Keeping the store clean and tidy
