Mental Health Awareness Week ends today. The work doesn't.

If you've been on a site this week, look around tomorrow. The vast majority of people you work with would say 'fine' if you asked them how they were.

Some genuinely will be. Some won't.

Here's the smallest, most powerful thing you can do — every week, not just this one:

Ask twice. 'You alright?' followed by 'No, really. How's it going?'

Listen properly. No advice, no fixing, no 'cheer up mate.' Just listen.

Things to watch for in a workmate (and yourself):

👀 Heavier drinking or risk-taking on site
