🚨Employment law changes!
From 26th October, employers must take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
This protection extends not only to harassment from colleagues but also from third parties such as customer or suppliers.
There is a lot that organisations need to do to be able to be compliant - and be able to prove they are (if challenged in a tribunal or European Court of Human Rights ECHR).
Kerbache HR has put together a comprehensive guide for employers to help implement changes, provide training and guidance to ensure compliance with new law, minimise risks, and support teams in adapting effectively.
