This got us thinking about the work of one of our special guest speakers (The Curious Mindset) Paul Lindley OBE who founded Kitchen and whose book covers that very topic in depth.

He talks of "testing and learning" and trying new strategies, something toddlers are very good at. Maybe we all need to release the inner child in us from time to time 😉

Imagine having the courage and foresight to develop leaders in your team, even when faced with a challenging environment and, at times, life-threatening conditions... ↓

At Friday's hugely insightful and thought-provoking session of The Curious Mindset, we heard from our brilliant guest, Brendan Hall, on how he developed leaders in his amateur crew while skippering the winning boat in the 40,000 mile Clipper Round The World Yacht Race.

The other teams chose experience over personality - Brendan's team won! Here's a recap on how he did it 💥
