Burgess recruitment is seeking an experienced Deckhand/Paramedic for a 100m+ private yacht.

We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Deckhand/Paramedic to join a prestigious motor yacht.

Requirements:
- Paramedic Training essential
- NWR essential
- Proven experience on 100m+ motor yachts
- All certs up to date including PBL2, PWC etc.
- Strong on deck with good operational knowledge
- Great teamwork and professional attitude
- Confident with tender operations
- Schengen Visa

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and presentation of the exterior
- Duties include wash-downs, polishing, painting and general deck maintenance
- Assist with docking, anchoring, and tender operations
- Support water sports and guest activities
- Watchkeeping duties
- Assist in all day-to-day deck operations

Start date: Immediate

Perfect for a proactive and personable stew who enjoys fast-paced charter operations and is passionate about providing outstanding guest service.

Requirements:
- STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Stew on similar sized vessels
- Confident across all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping and laundry
- Has a great can-do attitude and a good team player
- Medical background desirable but not required
- Schengen & B1/B2 visa required

Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Head of Service (HOS) for a 100m+Charter Motor yacht.

We are seeking a polished, dynamic and service-driven Head of Service to join a prestigious 100m+ yacht.

Requirements:
- All relevant certificates up to date and in hand
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head of Service or senior service leadership role on 80m+ vessels
- Strong background on 100m+ yachts preferred
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a large service team
- Exceptional service skills, including fine dining, wine knowledge, bar service, and guest-facing confidence
- Experience with high-level table styling, events, and service logistics
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, adaptable, and positive leadership style
- Additional skills such as sommelier training, barista experience, or floral styling are beneficial

Start date: ASAP
Location: France
Salary: EUR 6000 (DOE)
Leave: 90 days annual leave (unstructured, subject to operational requirements)

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Head Chef on similar sized charter yachts
