Another fantastic team meeting with our amazing Radfield family 💛

Today was all about celebrating our team, learning together, and enjoying some well-deserved treats in the sunshine ☀️🍦

We had great fun with our Spin the Wheel rewards, recognising some of the wonderful work our team continue to do every day for our clients and families. There were also plenty of ice creams and lollies to help everyone cool down and enjoy the lovely weather together.

Alongside the fun, we also held an important medication training session to refresh best practice and continue supporting safe, high-quality care across our community.

A huge thank you to our incredible team for your hard work, compassion, and dedication every single day. We are so proud of the caring and supportive culture we continue to build together.
