Why should you work the US recruitment market? 🇺🇸

Our director Matthew Gostelow touch’s on some key points to why the US market is so lucrative;

🌎 Low barriers to entry - these include cultural and trading

⏰ East coast hours merge well with the UK - have extra time in the morning and work the afternoons/early evening

💸 Double your earnings - work on higher base salaries (developers earning £200k) and fees between 25% - 35%

❌ Don’t be restricted by postcodes - work the full breadth of the US market

Let us introduce you to the faces behind the brand! Taz Whatmore and Lucy Gaskill are the superstars dominating the sales & marketing recruitment space in London! ⭐️

Lucy joined us as an apprentice in January 2021 and has already been promoted (with a second promotion on the cards soon!!) She is a credit to the business , with impeccable industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial flair about her!

Taz joined in our September 2021 graduate intake. Since joining he has completely planned out his market, started generating crucial headhunting lists and finished his phone training in less than six months. Since then, he's completed his own 360 deals as a consultant and taken over his entire desk!
