This is a distinguished live-in appointment within a refined royal environment, supporting the management, care, and curation of an extensive couture and luxury wardrobe.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of Her Highness’s wardrobe
• Expert garment care including pressing, steaming, and fabric preservation
• Wardrobe planning, outfit coordination, and occasion preparation
• Maintaining detailed inventory and digital wardrobe cataloguing
• Liaising seamlessly with international designers, ateliers, and personal shoppers
• Professional packing and wardrobe logistics for domestic and international travel
• Ensuring all wardrobe spaces are maintained to impeccable standards
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience within UHNW, Royal, or VIP private households
• Comprehensive knowledge of luxury maisons and couture garment care
• Utmost discretion, loyalty, and professionalism

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Middle East, Doha Qatar
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 48 per week, over 6 days
Salary: to be discussed subject to recent salary, hotel background and experience .

About the role:
Top Luxury Palaces Housekeeping supervisor perform various functions including managing the housekeeping department in order to keep the palace rooms clean, tidy, and comfortable for VVIP /HNW guests’ stay.
Female Housekeeping supervisors normally carry out varying functions and duties in ensuring that housekeepers, who work under their supervision carry out their tasks to the letter (based on already set out standards). They perform these functions according to the demand(s) of their employers (the organizations that they work for).
Here is a typical job description for the housekeeping supervisor position, highlighting the major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of individuals who work in that role in most organizations and/or industries:
 Establish work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and ensure they adhere to it
 Screens/interview housekeeping job applicants, hire new employees.
 Take stock of available inventory so as to ensure a steady supply of work materials
 Assign duties to workers and inspect already completed tasks so as to ensure compliance with already stated housekeeping standards
 Make recommendations to help improve housekeeping services within the organization
 Personally carry out housekeeping duties in the case of any form of emergency/urgency, and/or shortage of staff
 Examine the building/area so as to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance
 Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and also prepare reports on a routine basis
 Responsible for issuing work equipment and supplies to the housekeeping staff/workers.
Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge – for the role of a Housekeeping Supervisor
In the process of hiring for the position of housekeeping supervisor, a large number of employers will expect applicants to meet the following requirements to qualify for a scheduled interview:
 Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly at all times
 Must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to get along well with co-workers and customers/clients
 Must be willing and able to work as part of a team or even lead a team when called upon to do so
 Must have good coordination and organizational abilities
 Must be someone that is trustworthy/honest. This is important because the supervisor may be in charge of looking after people’s personal belongings
 Must be proactive in carrying out assigned duties
 Must have good time management abilities
 Must be good at decision making
 Must have a good knowledge of customer service principles
 Must have relevant experience in housekeeping (preferably in a supervisory role).
 Should have a degree in a hospitality-related field
 Background experience: Five stars Luxury Hotel or similar role in Private household i.e royalties, Celebrities and/or UHNW
