Full Job Description

Cocktail Bartender and Mixologists needed at a great Cocktail bar in London.

Experience, knowledge and a constant enthusiasm to create are a must!

Main roles:

· Making the greatest, craziest cocktails!

· Creating drinks for certain events, occassions and new menus

· Collaborating with FOH staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders

· Recommending and upselling drinks

· Building a rapport with customers and providing a friendly, welcoming experience

· Keep a clean and tidy work area

The successful candidate will also:

· Have a minimum of 1 years recent, consistent experience

· Have excellent communication skills and love working within a vibrant team

· Have an in-depth knowledge of the role

· Have a high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods

· Have ability to work well under intense time pressure

· Be dedicated to being punctual

· Be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends

· Have a polite, hospitable and fun attitude

· Live within a reasonable distance of the venue and be available at short notice
