ROLE
The role will deal with a range of complex commercial litigation and/or financial services disputes.

In addition, whilst not an essential requirement, experience in disputes arising in an insolvency or restructuring context and/or in company law issues and/or shareholder disputes would be of interest.

YOU
You will also need to show:-

• Flexibility, supporting cases across a broad range of commercial litigation and financial services issues.

• The ability to manage complex cases & clients, working largely unsupervised, with proven negotiation skills – instructing counsel & delegating to and supervising others.

• The ability to use initiative & a confidence built upon solid success and achievements.

• The ability to liaise effectively with other fee earners from within the Group, but also to liaise & coordinate with fee earners from other relevant disciplines & jurisdictions as required.

• The ability to significantly contribute to the development of the group (whether through training, precedents, or know-how generally).

• Be keen to operate in a challenging, team-based environment.

• The willingness and ability to support business development activity, creating and maintaining strong client relationships.
