Today, we want to give a big shout-out to all the cleaners working across our clients’ contracts. 👏

Your hard work, dedication and attention to detail help keep workplaces clean, safe and welcoming every day, and we appreciate everything you do.

👏 Worker of the Month – Bilal! 👏

A big shoutout to Bilal, our worker of the Month for September! 💪

Bilal has been a long-term worker with us, consistently turning up and getting the job done.

We really appreciate his continued hard work and support.

Thanks for everything, Bilal, and keep up the great work! 👏

Q3 incentive… ticked off! 🏆

The team headed out for a well-earned afternoon/evening at .uk before taking on 🎱🎤

A few competitive games, questionable singing and plenty of laughs along the way.

Another quarter done, another excuse to get the team together and enjoy ourselves.

Well played, team 👏

What our candidates say 👇

We talk a lot about the relationships we build with our candidates, but we think it’s better to let them do the talking.

From the first conversation through to starting a new role, we pride ourselves on being approachable, honest and genuinely invested in getting the right fit.

Here are a couple of recent reviews from candidates we’ve worked with. 💬

A big thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their experience with us - it really does mean a lot.

Looking for your next opportunity? Let’s have a chat. 👋

Swapped the desk for the sites today 👀

Out meeting clients, having a nose around a few projects and getting a proper feel for what’s going on behind the scenes.

Because recruitment isn’t just sitting at a desk making calls all day… who knew?! 😂

A few site visits, lots of chats, plenty of walking and obviously a coffee stop thrown in ☕️

Always good to get out, meet people face-to-face and see the kind of sites our Trades & Labour are working on.

I’m definitely fancying a few more site visits and coffee catch-ups, so if you’ve got a project I can pop by, give me a shout! 👀☕️

9 years in the making. 🔄

Joe has known this man for 9 years now, and it’s been brilliant watching his journey develop over that time.

3 years ago, Joe shared a post highlighting the work he was doing with us at J Squared.

Fast forward to today, and he’s now working directly for our client, overseeing one of their key contracts.

From working with us to leading the delivery for one of our clients. All whilst growing a young family! Pretty special to see.

A proper full-circle moment, and a reminder of why the relationships we build in this industry mean so much.

Shout out to Fabian - keep smashing it mate 👊🏻

As part of our Meet the Team series, we’re kicking things off with …

“Heloise Dockree”

For those of you who don’t know me, I’ve been working in Construction T&L recruitment for over 13 years - which somehow feels like a lifetime and no time at all.

I work across all sectors, but have a particular soft spot for high-end residential & hospitality, mainly to see how the other half live. 👀

A few things some of you may not know about me...

🇨🇵 I’m half French, and spend a good chunck of my summers in Brittany.

👬 I’ve worked with Joe & Joe for over a decade. At this point, we’ve moved well beyond colleagues and into full sibling territory.

🏗️ Recruitment is what I know, and have a habit of turning “just a quick call” into a 45 minute full blown catch up. You’ll be surprised where these conversations go.

If you’re looking to speak to an expert in the market - Heloise is your girl!

Candidate Feedback 👷‍♂️

It’s always good to hear directly from the people we work with.

A recent Site Manager we’ve supported over the last few weeks shared some great feedback around communication, consistency of work and the overall experience of working with J Squared.

For us, that’s what it’s all about — keeping our candidates working, keeping communication clear and making sure they feel supported throughout their assignments.

Thanks for the feedback, and we look forward to working with you again. 🤝

August. What a month. 👊

Probably one of our biggest and busiest months yet, and this lot have absolutely worked their arses off.

There’s been plenty going on behind the scenes across J Squared, and everyone has played their part - whether that’s been filling roles, looking after clients, keeping projects moving or dealing with all the usual madness that comes with it.

A little mention to Ella, who joined us recently and has hit the ground running. It already feels like she’s been part of the team for a lot longer.

August has been a good reminder that the business is only as good as the people behind it, and we’ve got a bloody good team.

Onwards to September - let’s go 🚀
