Over the past 6 months, we have learned more about our clients and candidates through polls on LinkedIn. We’ve learned that many of you are looking for new roles with higher salaries to combat the cost-of-living crisis. We also discovered that the industry our candidates work in matters, as well as many of our candidates preferring to work in a remote setting. 👩💻
We understand that the current economic situation is taking a toll on everyone, and because of this in the new year, we will be launching our Salary Survey. This is aimed to help our candidates negotiate their salaries, and to guide clients to offer their new recruits a fair wage. 💰
