📢 Finance Manager | Bradford, West Yorkshire | Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 office)
We’re currently supporting the recruitment of a Finance Manager for a well-established and growing organisation based in Bradford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a broad and varied role, overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function within a collaborative and forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure smooth running of the finance function
• Produce timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting and wider financial planning
• Provide meaningful financial insight and analysis to stakeholders
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support year-end processes and liaise with external advisers
• Identify and implement process, system and reporting improvements
• Contribute to wider business initiatives and growth plans
• Manage, mentor and develop members of the finance team
• Act as a trusted finance partner across the organisation
About You:
• ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified (or QBE with strong relevant experience)
• Proven experience in a finance management role
• Strong communicator, able to engage both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experienced in improving processes and strengthening financial controls
