This a role for a very experienced HR generalist who can role up their sleeves. There is currently no admin support but a part timer could be considered after you have reviewed and developed the processes. There is another HR Manager who looks after locations across North of England who you can discuss matters with. You’ll find the Directors very accessible and supportive.
I have known this company for two decades. Decent people with strong values.
22 days holiday plus closedown between Xmas and New Year.
Call Graham Martin at Orchard in Enfield & Hertford for initial discussion.
