This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the (lovely) board of this super successful business; helping their SLT to become more effective.

CIPD qualified, you must be within 40 minutes travel time of their Broxbourne HQ (close to Brookfield)

A car driver (pool car provided for trips to off-site locations) approx. 100 and 130 miles away.

This a role for a very experienced HR generalist who can role up their sleeves. There is currently no admin support but a part timer could be considered after you have reviewed and developed the processes. There is another HR Manager who looks after locations across North of England who you can discuss matters with. You’ll find the Directors very accessible and supportive.

Excel EXPERT - Maths Genius

This is a highly unusual role for a VERY bright, detail focused EXCEL expert.

Not unlike a stockbrokers, this is a fast expanding trading firm with multiple transactions every day.

You'll be working closely with the MD, developing reporting processes and analytics using EXCEL.

We need a REAL EXPERT - used to pivot tables, look ups and vitally VBAs. Someone with advanced Maths of course.

Some client contact, and some gentle easy going banter but as mistakes are v costly - we need a very serious, diligent person. 25% general admin, so you must be happy to 'help out'.

Graduate trainees v welcome...Maths GSCE A or 8/9 vital. A level maths essential. Related degree preferred.

You will need to have OUTSTANDING attention to detail, EXCEPTIONAL maths and a logical approach. If I can be blunt - we need someone who has common sense and applied intelligence to self check and spot patterns.

Key details:
• Easily accessible via public transport or by car (parking on site)
• No weekends!
