Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead an integrated strategy spanning:

🤝 Commercial partnerships, sponsorship and revenue growth
📈 Marketing, brand development and fan engagement
📣 Communications, media relations and reputation management
📺 Broadcast, digital rights and content production
🏏 Growing cricket's reach, visibility and long-term sustainability

We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering results, building partnerships and leading high-performing teams.

📍 **Location:** Cricket Ireland HQ / Hybrid
💼 **Contract:** Full-time, permanent
💰 **Salary:** €100,000-€125,000 per annum, plus benefits
