🚨 Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) | EdTech | Birmingham 🚨

My award-winning EdTech company—based in the heart of Birmingham—is growing fast! 🚀 They have recently secured funding to expand their team and are looking for a driven SDR to join us on our mission to transform learning through innovative technology.

🎯 The Role
As our SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with schools, colleges, and training providers across the UK. Your goal? Book high-quality meetings and open the door to meaningful partnerships that make a real impact in education.

💼 What You’ll Get
✅ £35,000 base salary
✅ £60 bonus per qualified meeting
✅ OTE: £55,000+
✅ Coaching directly from the Founder (who’ll jump on calls with you anytime)

🗓 You’ll need:
✔️ Minimum 1 year+ SDR experience
✔️ Ideally from an EdTech or e-learning background
✔️ Confidence in outbound prospecting and discovery

📍Hybrid Working:

2+ days/week in our Birmingham office (collaboration + great coffee)

We have 2 very exciting new roles on for an established Global Learning company.

My client is looking for a 2 x Learning Consultant's - 1 at Junior to mid range (at least 3-5 years experience)£40-60k and another at Manager level - £70-80k (5 -7 years experience) -

UK or Europe REMOTE

Prior experience in consulting services preferred.

• Proven experience in project management and client engagement.

• Familiarity with learning technologies and their application.

• Available and open to travel when requested.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Not only would you be working for one of the most diverse organisations in the UK and (hopefully soon) internationally, you would also be in a very exciting Sales Rep role that could have a huge amount of development behind it, as the organisation have huge growth plans.
Business development will be for the UK and US market and you will be one of the first people on the ground in the UK sales team.
Progression is very much on the agenda!
