Taylor Gray Private Household Staff was founded by Dominique Taylor, who has an extensive background in working in private homes in the UK and Worldwide. Dominique’s background takes her back over 20 years working as a Nanny and Personal Assistant for private families, being very involved in their lives and now being able to have the know how to find the perfect member of staff for each individual home. Following her time Dominique moved on to work in a selection of agencies placing members of staff in private homes. Changing her career path is how finally the step has been taken to start her own agency, taking with her all her knowledge and experience.
A bespoke service is being offered, after the vast experience of working very closely with families has enabled us to know what working in the private homes entails, and where we can fit the personalities together to make a good working relationship work and flourish.
