Are you a people person?

We are delighted to be working with a high growth brand making waves in a growing area of the luxury retirement property market. Our client is looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Advisor to join the business at this particularly exciting phase of growth.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a rewarding and consultative sales process for a high value property offering. Our client offers high end retirement living, working alongside the Operations Manager you will also have exposure to industry leaders, influencers and important people within the community to help facilitate sales.

This is a busy and all-encompassing Sales Advisor / Sales Executive position that allows you to build relationships with prospective clients, have input into sales and marketing collateral, represent the company at events and engage in specific training.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this rewarding Sales Advisor / Sales Executive role we are keen to hear from people with:

Experience of selling a product or service or building relationships over time
Ability to build trust
Understand the right time to close a sale in a consultative way
Self-motivated personality
An interest in marketing, PR and creative ways to support awareness and sales
The confidence to network with key people in the local and surrounding areas
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a CRM system
Strong administration skills
A sales or marketing qualification (desirable but not essential)
