The successful candidate will have the ability and experience to add value from day one, taking a high volume of work directly from the Commercial Director as the company pushes ahead with plans to deliver the ongoing expansion of the Clinic into multiple sites. Strong team management skills and an understanding and appreciation of the importance of implementing individual and team KPI's are essential.
Skills & Experiences: • 5 years minimum experience leading a successful Sales team • Private healthcare experience preferred, but not essential • Extremely personable and strong relationship builder • Energetic, 'can-do' attitude, 'yes' person • Decisive and adaptable with high attention to detail • Strongly numerical, comfortable with numbers • Work well under pressure • Strong team player • Well-organised with the ability to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities: • Day to day management of Sales and Telephony Sales operations (12 FTEs) • Drive improved sales performance & a continuous improvement culture • Drive an improved patient experience for the 1.5K telephone calls received by the clinic each week • Move from a reactive to proactive sales mindset • Ensure optimal staffing levels and cover, inc.
