Food Industry Cleaners Required - 13 week Temp to Perm contract
Location - Feltham (TW14)
Pay - Min Wage
Min age – 18

Our client is one of the market leaders in contract cleaning throughout London & the Home Counties & provides cleaning services to a major airline catering organisation

Your duties will include:
• Cleaning the food production area, walls, floors & ceilings
• Cleaning freezers, chillers, ovens & food production machinery
• Cleaning offices, canteen, kitchen, toilets (male & female) & the yard
• Conducting scheduled deep cleans
• Cleaning extraction hoods, filters & drains

The work involves operating heavy cleaning machinery & working with cleaning materials, fluids etc. but COSHH training will be provided on-site

Working any 5 out of 7 days, on one of the following shifts:
• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm
• 10pm to 6am

You will need to wear safety boots/shoes, All other PPE will be provided

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

You will be required to clear full 5 Year Background Screening, covering any employment, education, or unemployment, along with a current, satisfactory DBS (criminal record check) that we can process on your behalf

Night Operations Duty Manager

Salary £28,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum

Hours Fixed nightshift position (19:00 - 07:00) 4 nights on, 4 nights off roster.

Job Description
This is a highly demanding position in a fast-moving perishable warehouse.
As the Night Operations Duty Manager, the successful candidate will (during his shifts) be the most senior manager on site responsible for managing the operation of the site and for ensuring the efficient turnaround of all import and export freight.
The position is a hybrid one with the Duty Manager personally responsible for the flow of all warehouse and transport operations on his shift.
Duties will include:
• Dealing with all aspects of the operations: data processing, liaison with other sites, queries, scheduling, maintaining records for working time, driver hours and general staffing supervision
• To act as a conduit between transport providers to ensure all needs are met within specified delivery times
• Monitoring and maintaining warehouse and transport management tools
• Measure and improve vehicle utilisation for import collection, export deliveries and return of airline ULD’s
• Manage and maintain customs control for collections and facility access control
• Maintain close liaison with the other departments within the company
• Review processes and ensure continuous improvement
• Workforce monitoring including induction, training and supervisory duties in support of the Operations Manager
• Creating the daily freight arrival sheet from pre-alerts received
• Create release notes on dispatch of freight from the facility in line with current customs regulations
• Communicate intake and release notes to the customers
• Arrange distribution as per customer instructions
• Manage pallet stock and orders
• Be aware of Health and Safety procedures and make sure the warehouse operatives follow these procedures.
• Liaising with customers regarding, deliveries and transfers where there are challenges to maintain the standard schedule
• Internal customers both on the phone and face-to-face regarding, collections/deliveries of international movements and warehouse handling activities
• Commercial awareness is essential
• Effective time management skills
• Effective organisational skills with significant attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels

Salary - £18,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience
37.5 hour working week (Mon to Fri) After a trail period the hours will rotate weekly :- 0800-1630 0900-1730

We have a vacancy for a warehouse operative with valid NXCT in a fast-moving warehouse based at Heathrow Airport
Standard working hours for this role will be 19:00 - 07:00 on a 4 nights on 4 nights off basis.
The duties and responsibilities of this role, inter alia, include:
• The building and breaking of import and export freight
• Distributions, orders and stock-taking
• The loading and unloading of vehicles
• X ray screening of cargo in line with CAA/DFT regulations
• The preparation of export documents
• Liaison with internal and external customers on matters relating to their freight
• Warehouse maintenance and cleaning
• Any other operational duties
