We caught up with our Talent Partner, Jamie to have a chat about his favourite benefit 🙋🏻‍♂️

He has been impressed with our medical benefit with Bupa Health cash plan. So far he has used this benefit for a chiropractor, eye tests & GP prescriptions 🏥

‘I’ve used private medical insurance before, but Bupa offers pre-existing conditions too which is amazing, I wouldn’t choose to pay for Medical insurance myself – but it has been a great addition and will continue to use it. One of the best benefits an employer can offer in my opinion. It has made my overall lifestyle better and I feel fortunate I’ve not had to rely on NHS referrals.’

It’s very important at Talent Heroes that we take care of our team and we’re happy this is something our team have access to for their medical costs.

Next up for our meet the team campaign, we have our Talent Partner, Kristie ⭐️

️Kristie has been in recruitment & talent for 18 years, this is why she’s so skilled at her job! The best thing for her whilst working at Talent Heroes is being treated like a grown-up (super important that all our team feel this way, great point)

Her biggest achievement is her beautiful kids and we can see why! They are such cuties! 👩‍👦‍👦

A random fact about her is half of the people she knows call her Krissie and the other half Kristie. Side note, this gets even more confusing, as we have another team member at Talent Heroes called Krissy 😆

Kristie’s favourite place is Cornwall, she fell in love with it so much that she has made it home 🏡

She would describe herself as playful, trusting and clumsy. And on that note we will leave you with a picture of her dressed as a lobster at the beach 🦞

Meet our Team Lead & Client Partner, Andy 😎

With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent, Andy is a well-respected leader at Talent Heroes. He values the flexibility and opportunities offered by the company and is proud to be part of a team of talented individuals 🎉

Not only is Andy a skilled professional, but he's also a loving father. His daughter Lissy is his greatest accomplishment, and we love hearing stories about her 👨‍👧

When he's not working, Andy can be found on the football field, playing tennis, or enjoying a glass of wine or ale. He's also an adventurer, with highlights from his travels including an African safari and a trip to Mauritius 🏖️

We thought we would start the new year by sharing a little bit more about our Talent Partner, Aled 🕺

Aled has been working in recruitment and talent for the past 14 years. Something he values is being treated like an adult whilst being left to do his job at Talent Heroes. He also loves the people and the culture 🎉

Not only is Aled a great at his job, he is also very musically talented and can play 4 instruments(piano, guitar, bass guitar and clarinet). Very impressive! 🎸🎹

When he’s not playing all these instruments, Aled enjoys football, basketball, rugby and gaming. He also enjoys walking his dog, and we love seeing pictures of his cute little dog too (we’re a team of dog lovers)! 🐶

Aled describes himself as loyal, hard-working and annoying (like a gun dog). We would never call you annoying Aled, well maybe just a little, just joking! 🤭
