Meet Our Nurse of the Month – Kristina Ryan! 🌟

This month, we are delighted to celebrate Kristina and an incredible 25 years as a qualified nurse!

Throughout her remarkable career, Kristina has had the privilege of caring for countless clients and their families, supporting them through some of the most vulnerable and important moments of their lives.

For Kristina, nursing is about making a genuine difference. She is passionate about delivering person-centred care and believes that compassion, dignity and positivity can have a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Having been part of our team for around 16 months, Kristina says she has always felt supported and values the strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie among our nurses and carers. She particularly appreciates knowing that there is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone whenever support or advice is needed.

Kristina’s dedication, compassion and 25 years of nursing experience make her a truly valued member of our team.

We're proud to have welcomed Year 12 students from Swanlea School to our office for an engaging careers workshop.

The session gave students the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the world of work, take part in one-to-one mock interviews, and learn how to build an effective CV. It was a pleasure to share our team's experience and help inspire the next generation as they prepare for their future careers.

We were truly grateful to receive this thoughtful thank-you message from The Switch following the visit. Knowing the workshop made a positive impact means a great deal to us.

⭐ Students rated the event 4.9 out of 5, and 100% of students said they left with a better understanding of the workplace and what employers look for during the recruitment process.

A big thank you to Swanlea School and The Switch for partnering with us. We look forward to supporting many more young people on their career journeys.
