A BIG milestone - Gain Education - Teaching Jobs in Kent, Essex and London is 4 Years old today! What a journey it has been, and although Gavin Shaw is not one to make a fuss or want attention, today he deserves it. I have never met a more hard-working, committed, well-balanced, and funny person and I am incredibly proud to call him my husband and colleague!
To start an Education Recruitment company a few months before our UK schools were forced to close was possibly the hardest start we could have ever imagined. Gavin utilised the newfound time to focus on two things; his family and building the foundations for his new business. From there this wonderful small business has leaped over so many hurdles and flourished through the hardest times.
In these 4 years, Gain Education has provided thousands of teaching and education support staff across London Primary Schools and expanded into all home counties with a real dominance across North Kent.
It is with huge thanks to our wonderful schools and our dedicated staff for making this possible. I could never put into words the gratitude we have for all our clients and their continued new business and referrals. Gavin puts everything into ensuring he provides the best service for all, going above and beyond typical expectations, maintaining balance and perspective, and spinning more plates than I imagined humanly possible. He is not a fan of making a big public show of his successes, so today I wanted to shout about it for him. Here's to another 4 years of enjoying what we do 🎉
