Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Canadian Tire – Westbank, BC
Salary: $30/hour (approx. $70,000–$75,000 annually, based on a 9-hour workday, 5 days a week. Overtime hours are paid additionally.)
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Canadian Tire warehouse in Westbank, BC. The Warehouse Manager will ensure smooth and efficient handling of inventory, staff coordination, and timely distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff scheduling
• Manage inventory flow, receiving, storage, and distribution of products
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and stock levels
• Train, supervise, and support warehouse staff
• Monitor productivity and suggest improvements
• Work with management to meet sales and delivery targets
Qualifications
• Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
Compensation & Schedule
• Hourly Rate: $30/hour
• Work Schedule: 9 hours/day, 5 days a week (approx. 45 hours weekly)
• Overtime: Additional pay for hours beyond regular schedule
• Annual Salary Estimate: $70,000–$75,000 (before overtime)
