Job Application for Sales & Marketing Executive.
We are a small, yet dynamic arts marketing organisation, based in London. Established in the mid 1980s, we support the key cultural organisations throughout the UK, connecting them with their audiences.
We consult and provide engagement strategies, to ultimately sell tickets, build communities through smart, effective marketing and raise public awareness to our clients' target audiences.
We've been in the game for years and we know our sector more than any in our field.
Our expectations are high, because we work with some of the most prestigious arts and cultural organisations in the UK.
Our product offering spans all digital platforms, all print formats and we pride ourselves on our well thought out, tried and tested strategic campaigns.
Right now, we’re growing — which means we’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive.

So what is on offer for the right candidate?
Competitive entry salary (£30K - 38K based on experience). This can grow, based on delivery of growth.
Commission % for new business can be negotiated based on what you bring to the role.
Hybrid working setup (Office in North London - N4 - Finsbury Park) with 3 days in, 2 days remote.
What you will bring:
CRM systems know-how and data awareness.
Good humour, good energy, hustle...
A proven sales record.
We will check, and any Arts/Creative/Media sector experience will be considered a bonus and get you to the front of queue.
A commercial mindset and a natural curiosity for our sector.
Confidence and flair in communication, by phone, email, in meetings and in person, in front of our clients and your peers.
Fast learning, smart, efficient working skills, quick wit and a strong communicative team sharing approach.
Everyday is different, so you will need to be flexible, proactive, aswell as reactive, and up for any challenge presented to you.
Subject to your winning the position, you will be fully supported, valued and given the space to grow if you show your creative sales acumen.
