The UK Health Security Agency has issued a level 3 heat health alert for LoNdon as well as South East and East London. Some tips to follow include: 1. Wear loose, long sleeved clothes, 2. cool hands, face and feet, 3. Avoid cold showers, 4. Stay hydrated, 5. Keep curtains and windows closed during the day, and 6. Avoid sunburn. safe
