3 x Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Location: Nursing and Care Home CV32, LEAMINGTON SPA

Salary: £19.26 per hour plus 20% on weekends

We pay NMC annual fee, DBS, private pension and health scheme, uniforms and training. Breaks are paid too.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our team at our Nursing Home. Our nursing home is dedicated to providing excellent care for physically Disability Younger Adults; Registered with the regulator Care Quality Commission (CQC); and we are looking for 3 x Nurses who share our commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan and nursing best practice
Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by the physician
Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the physician and other members of the care team
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other members of the care team
Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
Ensure that nursing documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in nursing home care is an advantage
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our contract is 37.5 hrs per week with every other weekend and shifts are 7-2.30 and 2-9.30 and also potentially long days.

Flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts as needed
