Stonebridge is on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in one of the UK’s most in demand hiring markets. The Insolvency market is the busiest it has been for years; this is an excellent opportunity to help drive the business forward. You will be given free rein to excel in a highly susceptible sector- no KPIs, no huge egos. We already have extremely warm relationships with the firms you will be partnering with. To succeed in this role, you must have between 2 and 4 years recruitment experience (no preference on sector). We want to talk to you if you have 180 or 360 experience.
In return, we can offer extremely high earning potential; you can expect to double your basic salary in year one. We also offer an extra day off for your Birthday (fingers crossed it falls on a weekday!).
Initial responsibilities will be:
Advertising vacancies on numerous job boards.
Working and influencing passive candidates.
Dealing with candidates on the phone and in the future face to face.
Researching clients and candidates using the internet and social media feeds.
Influencing decision-makers and building significant relationships.
Partnering with our clients to find the best talent in the industry.
