My practical experiences and knowledge varies from working as a recruitment manager, care co-ordinator, play worker manager, out reach worker, recruitment and development officer, cover supervisor, pastoral tutor
, childcare assessor, nursery nurse and teaching assistant. These experiences were gained from working within the early years, primary, secondary, further education, care and recruitment sectors for the local authorities and private organisations. My journey began just over 20 years ago, when my own two children were toddlers. As their mother I wanted to be involved in their learning, development and education. So therefore, I enrolled myself at college to start my childcare level 2 learning. This learning was amazing that I enjoyed and learnt so much that over the years, I continued to work my way up to achieve a BA Honours in Child Adolescence and Families Studies. As mentioned above I worked within varies roles for the education sector which allowed me to grow, widen and explore my learning and understanding from birth to adulthood. Having been a student and then a tutor at college, I have now experienced both parts of this journey. I like a challenge, so during the global pandemic I decided to set up my recruitment agency for the education sector. It’s been challenging during these uncertain times but hey, it’s been good time to continue new learning, adapt to the unexpected times and society we live in. I felt I wanted to contribute my learning to the education sector and society. We support the education sector with their recruitment needs and supply permanent qualified staff for their organisations. We cover all levels from early years to higher education across England.
