Ison Nursing Agency is one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, currently under new management and looking for bright and enthusiastic home care workers in the HERTFORDSHIRE, WATFORD, ENFIELD, HARROW, EDGWARE, STANMORE & PINNER areas, who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for people.
As a Home Care Worker you will be completing a variety of tasks at client's homes which helps to make a true and real difference to people’s lives. The role will involve providing personal care and emotional support, working to individuals person-centred care plans and could involve support with medication, light domestic duties and supporting people in the community.
You need to be a car driver with your own vehicle as you will be expected to drive and commute to and from our client’s homes to enable people to receive their care on time - but this is not essential (mileage contribution paid). Ideal candidates will have good communication skills, a desire to learn and to develop and most importantly have a compassionate nature.
About You:
Must live in or very near to HERTFORDSHIRE, ENFEILD, WATFORD, HARROW, EDGWARE, STANMORE, PINNER areas
No previous experience required, all training provided
