Sometimes, acknowledgement means far more than money, which often equates to a trade-off of a person’s time with their family or dabbling around in their favourite hobby. When their hard work goes unnoticed, it can leave an employee feeling somewhat despondent.

In terms of employee satisfaction, rewards of recognition and remuneration can go a long way to fulfilling employees. If employers aren’t already considering how this motivates and drives productivity, we encourage them to explore ways to support their staff in being the best they can be.
