At Swift Education, our minimum daily rate for all teachers is £190 (umbrella) or £165 PAYE.

Blocks and long-term roles are also available £223–£326 per day, depending on experience and in line with the Main Pay Scale.

We currently have an abundance of work across South West London primary and secondary schools, particularly around:
Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Richmond, Ashford, Surbiton, Wimbledon and Mitcham.

✨ Q&A with Finn ✨

We caught up with Finn, who arrived in London not entirely sure what his next move would be 🇬🇧

Like a lot of Aussies, he came over for the experience, the travel, and something different, but didn’t have a clear plan career-wise. After finding out about Swift and having a chat with the team, things quickly started to fall into place.

Fast forward and Finn is now thriving in a long-term school placement, building consistency, confidence, and real momentum in his teaching journey.

Great to be back at Royal Holloway, University of London last Monday for the Business School’s speed recruitment event.

Alongside Jamie from the Swift Education team and current educator Harry, we took part in a fast-paced networking session focused on helping students explore placement opportunities, build confidence, and understand what schools and employers are really looking for.

It was great to speak with so many driven students and see the quality of talent coming through.
