Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – Clapham Junction
Location: Clapham Junction
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per year
Contract:: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming Montessori Independent Nursery School setting in Clapham Junction.
The newly refurbished nursery boasts unique state-of-the-art facilities, such as a sensory room and even a water room for activities, enabling staff to make the most out of each day.
We are seeking Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners who are:

- Dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment
- Confident working as part of a supportive, collaborative team
- Committed to delivering high-quality practice in line with the EYFS
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Creating a safe, engaging and positive environment
Working collaboratively with staff to meet the needs of all children
- Building strong relationships with children, colleagues and families
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- At least 1 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
- A caring, reliable and proactive approach
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child development
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
