We currently have an opportunity for a French speaking Recruitment Consultant to work in our brand new office in London.
You will be responsible for resourcing IT candidates for contract positions. This will involve collaborating intensively with the senior consultants at Intuition and potentially with the client managers.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates using our internal database, job boards, online databases and social networks.
You will screen potential candidates for the role with your clients and conduct detailed phone interviews.
Your profile:
You have experience in Recruitment or B2B Sales or Customer Service (phone based)
You’re fluent in French and English, both written and verbal. Any other additional language skill is a massive bonus!
You’re an excellent communicator and have a strong drive to achieve success
You’re able to build rapport effectively across a range of audiences
You pay strong attention to details and are result driven
You are energetic and curious by nature
You have strong computer literacy and the capability to work quickly whilst ensuring the upmost accuracy
