Yesterday we ate the best cookies I have ever eaten… and I eat a lot of cookies.

When I first met Max Friedrich, the founder of Bear St. Bakery, last summer, he told me he’d created the best cookies in the world in Zurich — and was bringing them to the UK.

Big claim, but he wasn’t wrong!

Using all-natural ingredients and proper Swiss chocolate, these cookies are ridiculous.

Cookies are only in Bicester right now but keep an eye out for London very soon ...

Last night we popped into for dinner 😋 We loved every dish!

First opening nearly 20 years ago - they still produce some of the BEST Spanish food in London.

All seats were full 10 minutes after opening with a queue out of the door by 6pm!

dedication and passion to the food scene is as strong now as when it first opened

We are on the hunt for a Pastry Chef to join a Luxury Cookie brand, and lead the creation of the BEST cookies in the WORLD!

You will use the finest Swiss chocolate to create cookies that are sensational.

Ideally based in Zurich, but there is some flexibility to work form London with frequent flights over.

There is no limit to this role and your creations will be enjoyed across the world.

Nora is a contemporary Middle Eastern Restaurant serving food inspired by Istanbul’s flavours and heritage. ( With a cool, slightly 70’s decor )

Supporting new openings is always special, and if you’re lucky enough to get involved from the start, you get to share the vision and play some part in bringing it to life through introducing the right people.

Danielle is undoubtedly the right person, having previously run the brilliant Manteca before joining brothers Oz & Sidar to bring this new project to life.

Tucked away in the chaos of Borough .ldn is just perfect. The energy of the open kitchen, the spit-roasted meats, the bread baked to order in the pizza oven, and the dishes flying out fast.

It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay the whole evening, eating, drinking and just taking it in.

We loved it 🙌
