This is a newly created role will be to support a busy marketing team, consisting of a Marketing and Business Development Executive, a Marketing and Business Development Manager and the Director of Marketing and Business Development.

This is a hands-on role with a broad scope ideal for a creative individual who is interested in branding.

Responsibilities

Digital and Communications

- Responsible for the maintenance and updates to the firm's website and social media platforms including creation of graphics and reporting on analytics
- Work with external SEO agency to provide analysis of website and digital performance
- Support the creation and editing of marketing material using InDesign
- Responsible for monitoring/ordering stock of all marketing materials (e.g. business cards, brochures)
- Keep comms literature renewal log and prompt regular review of marketing material.

CRM

- Collating analysis for return on investment
- Maintenance of CRM including responding to data edit tickets.
- Log new business opportunities that come into the firm and BD activity
- Recording/filing/reporting on our pitch progress and feedback, using CRM tool
- Research segments and companies for business development campaigns or trips.
- Events and Conferences
- Help coordinate events and trips, as well as internal events/campaigns as and when required
- Collate information on clients and produce briefing notes for partner conferences, speaker events and/or business trips/client meeting.

Experience and key skills

- Ideally degree educated with work experience
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail and work accuracy
- Creative acumen with skills or experience using design programmes such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong organisation and analytical skills
- Proactive and solutions based approach with a can-do attitude
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and actively promote the use of the firm’s CRM system.
